His career spans seagoing service, classification society work, legal practice, and independent marine surveying, giving clients a well-rounded perspective that combines hands-on technical expertise with a thorough understanding of maritime law and regulatory requirements.
Andrew is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California. While A.M. Marine Surveys LLC operates as a separate business entity from The Law Office of Andrew E. Madden, P.C, this dual background means survey reports are technically sound, clearly documented, and aligned with what insurers, and legal professionals expect.
